The perfect location for our trip, we found ourselves
Conveniently situated near the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. Our newly renovated room was bright and classic, but the gym was a little crowded at peak hours .

We had a delightful stay at another visit.
The room was kept clean and available with plush Beds and even smaller windows, for example. Also, location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza:)))

What a fantastic spot! The newly renovated room was super comfy, and I absolutely loved the relaxing jacuzzi and the amazing spa treatments on offer. Just a small note, the trash in the bathroom wasn't handled quite right during my stay, but it didn't ruin the experience at all! 😊

The stay here was unforgettable for 3 nights. Had breakfast in the dining room. The staff were exceptionally attentive, patient, would love to stay here again. The location was particularly good, you can visit Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza by walking...

I liked the friendly staff at the reception, the comfort of the hotel room and the great breakfast buffe.
The hotel is situated downtown where a lot of reconstructions take place. It is therefore noisy and the access is difficult. But it is not the hotelś fault:(

That hotel of best points are location and famous name.
That hotel's staff is very negligent attitude, and their misstake doesn't admit.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of variety. It was very centrally situated within easy reach of museums and railway station.
It was disappointing that there was no shower gel/bath foam in the bathrooms. There is usually a wide array of toiletries available in 5 star hotels. This was rather unusual.

The Westin Palace, Madrid offered a fine, opulent atmosphere with its beautiful lobby and radiant stained-glass dome. The spacious rooms were comfortably decorated, made navigation easy for seniors like myself.
Air conditioning could be more efficient for comfort.

The service was impeccable. Roll away & connecting room service was done immediately upon our arrival. And bags were brought to the room before we could get up the elevator. Loved that!
Super expensive wifi!!! Please, after we pay so much for the room, can't you lower this?

Location is the good point of this hotel.
We were disappointed by cold blooded staffs. Double bed room on smoking floor was assigned to us even though we requested twin bed room on non-smoking floor, which request was explicitly accepted by reception. After several complaints and long-time wait, we were taken to a right room, but with a glitch on mini bar ("never open door"). When we asked cleaning staffs on the corridor, they told us a couple of bottles of water are supposed to be placed in the room for compliments, which was not the case of our room. We complained again, and surprisingly a reception staff treated me like a homeless begging for a bottle of water. We were shocked and requested another staff for investigation, but in vain. No apologise at check-out, either.
